Fire cupping is an ancient healing practice beloved by cultures worldwide.
It is known to promote healing and cellular repair to aid in regeneration. Beauty masters use cupping to treat stretch marks, sunspots, acne scars, cellulite, wrinkles and other skin ailments. Cupping stimulates the cells responsible for collagen production, relaxes muscle tension, strengthens skin and increases blood circulation.
Traditional fire cupping utilizes glass cups and a small flame to remove oxygen inside of the cup then quickly placed on the skin to create negative pressure (suction). This suction creates expansion and space between connective tissue and the musculoskeletal fibers to release tension and increase nutrient-rich blood flow.

Cupping can leave circular marks that look similar to a bruise. Take note that these are not bruises, no tissue damage has occurred, and it is not painful to the touch. Keep in mind when planning your visit that the discoloration caused from increased blood filtration can last anywhere from one hour to a week.
